Firearm Sites is a new online firearm related business directory. It is free for firearm related businesses to list their information on this site all that it requires is a link back to this site from their own. We intend to be the largest most user friendly online link directory on the net.

Why did we create Firearm Sites?
Firearm Sites is owned and operated by C&K Enterprises which is a computer information company, we own several other websites and specialize in creating websites for gun related businesses such as gunsmiths and gun dealers. While attempting to advertise for the businesses that just had a site created we realized that if your business has anything to do with firearms, guns, ammunition or even knives, that it is pretty much impossible. No Google, no Yahoo, no MSN, none of the major search engines will allow firearm related advertising. They wont even allow you to put advertising on the firearm related site. Something we have been fighting them on for several years. That is why we created this site, because firearm or gun seems to be a dirty word in the eyes of most major corporations. We wanted to give small businesses some place to get their name known to be seen.

Why free?
First we are ourselves Second Amendment supporters, and we try to do everything we can to help out our fellow enthusiasts. Second is becausee we know, as a small business, just how expensive advertising can be. A small business simply cannot afford the advertising it needs to make the transition to a big business. The third thing is that we hope to get funding from our banner ads. Firearms related companies are strongly encouraged to advertise. Please take advantage of this site, if you are a firearm related business that includes hunting and outdoor stuff as well, then submit your listing for free, a reciprocal link back to our site is not to much to ask for free advertising. To put things into perspective. This site on 11/1/08 has been up for about three weeks, we already rank high on google, and yahoo search, we have an average of 100+ vistors per day plus several days with 200+ and 400+ visitors. Currently we have had over 150,000 hits. This is a great thing for such a new website. The future looks promising. (UPDATE) We now get somewhere between 1000 and 3000 visitors per day! We are still growing.
